Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders come with a flat rate shipping cost of $10. If your order is over $150, we waive the shipping cost.

All orders will be paired with an Australia Post tracking number, this tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.  

Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days, and all other stock will be shipped within the time outlined in the product description.

 

International Shipping

We currently only ship Australia wide and to New Zealand. Please visit our Etsy store for any other international orders. If you do not see what you are after, please do not hesitate to contact us to order directly from us.

  

Packaging

We try our best to use the least amount of plastic with our orders. Unfortunately, biodegradable mailers can weaken and deteriorate with time; therefore, we use Australia post mailers to ensure your yarn or hand made gift stays safely within its mailer during transit. 

 

Lost items

IBM yarn takes no responsibility for items lost in the mail - so please ensure the accuracy of your details including address and full name when making your purchase.  Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within the suggested timeframe by Australia Post, we would be happy to help ensure your goodies arrive safely.
